A Tailor-Made Approach
Although I have left the law school environment, I retain my commitment to advising candidates to help them discover what the best placement for them is, and not just completing the most possible number of placements in the shortest possible time. Having worked with Harvard Law School alumni, I realize that some headhunters push candidates to take jobs which simply are not right for them. Like traditional legal search consultants, I work on a fee-per-placement basis for private sector employers, but unlike traditional headhunters, I will also post public sector jobs on my website pro bono to assist international organizations in their searches for top-quality lawyers. If you are would like to talk to me about making a move, here are a few things we will need to get us started: a copy of your resume, a copy of your law school transcripts (electronic or scan is fine), and any dealsheets you have. I am happy to help you edit your materials to give you the best possible application package. Once we have done that together, reviewed a list of opportunities I will complile for you, and discussed where you want to go, with your permission, I will begin to submit your materials to employers. Please note that you should only work with one search firm at a time, as working with multiple headhunters can confuse and frustrate firms and, in the end, make your search less effective.
